The Telangana Nair Seva Society (TNSS) is a non-political, community-centered organization founded in 2025 by a group of visionary Malayalee professionals and social workers residing in Telangana. Our formation stems from a shared dream—to bring together the Nair community scattered across the state under one umbrella, creating a space that fosters unity, empowerment, and cultural continuity. We are not just an organization. We are a movement—a mission-driven effort to revive the roots, strengthen the bonds, and shape a future where every member of the Nair community in Telangana feels seen, heard, and supported.

Our Identity

The Nair community, with its illustrious heritage, has made immense contributions to Kerala’s social, cultural, and intellectual fabric. As members of this proud lineage who have made Telangana our home, we carry the torch of tradition and service forward, guided by values of dignity, unity, and selfless action. TNSS exists as a platform for every Nair individual in Telangana—young or old, traditional or modern, entrepreneur or student—to come together and contribute to a larger cause: the progress of our people while embracing the pluralistic and vibrant spirit of Telangana.

Founding Visionaries

Our journey began with a group of like-minded Malayalees who identified a pressing need for community cohesion among Nairs living in Telangana. With increasing migration for work, education, and entrepreneurship, it became vital to preserve our cultural identity and extend a hand of solidarity to one another. This founding team envisioned an organization that would not only preserve our cultural values but also become a proactive force in social welfare, education, empowerment, and humanitarian service. The Telangana Nair Seva Society was thus born—not out of exclusivity, but out of a profound belief in collective upliftment, cultural pride, and inclusive progress.

Structure and Reach

TNSS is headquartered in Hyderabad and has active members across multiple districts of Telangana. We function through various Karayogams (local chapters), each of which operates semi-independently under the guidance of the central body. This decentralized structure allows us to stay close to the grassroots while maintaining strategic focus across the state. Each Karayogam is encouraged to take up local initiatives, organize cultural events, and collaborate with district administrations for welfare activities.
